I have always had good experiences at Cobalt, Sydnie at the Council Bluffs branch in Walmart has always been very helpful if I have a question or any problem I might have. She is always friendly to all customers there and has always had a cheerful disposition when I go there. Hang onto that gal, she's a keeper
