I went into the CB location in Supersaver since I needed assistance with their payment scheduling because their app was freaking out. I went in explained the situation on how the app wouldn't let me cancel an extra scheduled payment. The female at the counter was very helpful. The male however was not, he asked me if it was through another bank. I said yes, then he told me to contact them because cobalt wouldn't cancel the extra payment.
