Everyone is always friendly and helpful at the Cobalt in Super Saver. However, today, their staff member, Luis, went above and beyond in his assistance to me. Thankfully, I went at at time when it was not too busy, and he was able to patiently and kindly help me and guide in accessing my accounts online. And not once did I ever see a sign of frustration at all when the technical stuff was a pain. His patience with the whole process was welcomed and very much appreciated by me.
