Been in a few times kind of a weird selection of stuff never had a bad experience here
Our service truck was stolen from their lot in Nampa, ID. I received an initial phone call from the Service Manager to inform me of the incident. No one else has called from Cobalt to offer any info. Several weeks later, I am pursuing them to understand what's going on with the situation. The receptionist attempts to patch me through to supposedly key individuals that don't pick up their phones.
