I’ve never used their services, but I was a reference for one of their clients. I had been contacted by them a couple of times over the years, and always by a lady named Sue. She was always great and I felt we had a good rapport. But the last time they contacted me, it was a very base and duplicitous girl named Melissa. Opened a storage bay and was served by Jason (man in the mask) and he was wonderful and very easy to deal with. He explained everything carefully. Took us out and showed us what was available first to make sure we were happy. Very happy! Would definately recommend.

Had a pretty shitty experince trying to get a storage unit, the first time i got a hold they were really helpful and happy, but they didnt have the size i need which i passed onto there second unit, he was rude and didnt even try help me. Pretty disapointed considering how helpful the other people were. Clearly doesnt like his job and didnt want to make the company money. Claiming i was trying to hold when i just wanted to get the unit before arrived and pay the full amount doesnt make sense as im coming from out of state.

All the staff at Cob & Co made hiring a car trailer an easy and pleasant experience. Checking our car's recommended towing capacity for us, was extremely reassuring. Demonstrating the lightness and moveability enabled me to plan options of the easiest way to load the car body on to it.
