Business reassured us 3 plus times that they would fix our AC unit after 7-10 days. Once the 10th day came we were told they couldn’t come fix it. We still don’t have our AC unit fixed after we’ve already paid half of the amount that was requested. It’s been 10 days plus and they still haven’t came and repaired the AC unit. After we spoke with them they said they would schedule us for the 30th of April. Which is past 5 days from day they originally told us.

In regards to this job, the warranty parts did not arrive on time from the supplier. When the part finally made it here, it was missing the plugs to make the part work. We had additional wait time on the missing parts. We got it installed as quickly as possible once all the parts where here. Customer was kept in the loop with everything going on.
Three different guys over four days to get my Trane heat pump to cool. Blew Freon in the house from a bad solder joint. Used a no name TXV part on a Trane when I specifically said use a Trane part. Then it froze up again like the original issue. They tinkered with it until it cools. Winter comes and the heat pump goes into emergency heat at 45-59 deg F. They made holes in our walls not informing us before they started the job that they would not fix them, the job was spose to be full water lines hot and cold, bathroom, washroom,kitchen and outside faucet. They only did inside our home and not all the way to the meter, we now have no hot water in our tub , but befor they did work we did have water.
