Flowers looked nothing like what I ordered , very disappointed. She broke up with me after seeing them
Horrible experience with the Coatesville Flower Shop. What they advertised online is not the arrangement I received, the main components and reasons for choosing the specific arrangement were all missing. The flowers were poorly groomed and just thrown together in a random vase that was not in the photo advertised online. When we reached out to resolve the issue, the manager Carrie was very dismissive and only offered us a $15 refund for the arrangement that was completely different than what we chose.
