I went there June 17th and still haven't got no glasses my sister just went by the mall and got her eye exam and 5 days later she just got her glasses i have care source they are saying I can't go no where else because my medical has already payed them but if they give care source the money back I could so if they don't tell me something today I'm filling a complaint they gave me a number to call I need my glasses I drive I can't see at night

I was looking through the reviews of this place today and realized I wasn't alone in the issues I've been having. I made an appointment a month ago, I had to take my young daughter with me because I am a stay-at-home mom with no village. What kind of oversight do these Dr. Offices have? Because it seems to me there needs to be someone to make sure these people aren't just in it for insurance fraud. First off they fitted us for glasses immediately, like they already knew they wanted to put us in glasses. Our time back in the exam room wasn't more than 2-3 minutes. And it was nothing like any exam I've ever had before in my life. Had a great visit all the staff and Dr was nice and friendly the receptionist was very patient as I had insurance issues because of previous appointments so she helped me fix the issue and got my glasses ordered and made my appointment so smooth def recommend
