Was missing the rod and handle to my black tank and was needing camper next day. Adam came up with a brilliant solution (macgyver'd it) by using a manual canopy pull-down rod so I could open the black tank to empty. Job very, very well done, Adam! Thank you Coates RV!!
Do not take it there to get service!! Will tell you anything to get you I the door. Then fall through on repairs and ordering parts. Paid over a grand for a "bent slider arm" when it was just a simple adjustment. Waited a week after I gave them the ok to do the repair. More interested in their RV show and selling new RVs than helping existing customers. Trust me it's worth the gas money to go to Dickinson
