Dropped in without an appointment to have my glasses adjusted and was greeted by friendly staff and quick efficiency service. Not only did they do the adjustment but they took apart and cleaned the glasses and replaced the nose pads. Very pleased.

Have used Dr Coates for years.....between my family members and I we have spent thousands on glasses and examination procedures. Today I went in to have a missing nose piece replaced.....a complimentary service that has been offered as long as I can recall. Today, the particular style of nose piece was not in stock but it could be ordered and would be at my expense....$10 plus gst. I was recommended to call Jane Coates Optometrist as needed appts for myself and my husband for overdue eye tests and new glasses for each us. I left a voice mail for a call back on Sept 30 and still no response! Very disappointing! How long I wonder could I be waiting for new eyeglasses?? Have now gone elsewhere.
