Have used Dr Coates for years.....between my family members and I we have spent thousands on glasses and examination procedures. Today I went in to have a missing nose piece replaced.....a complimentary service that has been offered as long as I can recall. Today, the particular style of nose piece was not in stock but it could be ordered and would be at my expense....$10 plus gst. I was recommended to call Jane Coates Optometrist as needed appts for myself and my husband for overdue eye tests and new glasses for each us. I left a voice mail for a call back on Sept 30 and still no response! Very disappointing! How long I wonder could I be waiting for new eyeglasses?? Have now gone elsewhere.
Amazing customer service ! I had such a fun experience with the staff picking out frames ! Helpful , bubbly and fun ! I will never go anywhere else
Dr. Coates and Dr. Winger have been seeing our family for years. Dr. Winger sees myself and I have nothing but positive and wonderful things to say about her. She takes her time to answer any questions I have. Everyone I have dealt with in the office has been nothing but kind, friendly and proffesional!
