Beautiful & safe place to live . 2 bed 2 bath with swing in outdoor space. They have a community fitness center - with weekly yoga classes and fitness classes M to T, swimming pool, and walking trail by a Bayou.
Viewed the property last month and the staff was super nice! Although I decided to go with a different property this time due to my job situation, this is by far the nicest apartment complex I looked at and seems to have a great community life. I appreciate their hospitality and showing me around!

Living at Coates Bluff was the best living experience I have ever had! And that’s a long time! Karla the Property manager and her staff and Greg the property/maitenance manager and his staff were amazing! The property is kept pristine! And any issues are handled asap. The staff are very professional and so nice! They are very pet friendly! I felt very safe there and wish I did not have to move. I highly recommend living here or on The Willows!
