I am extremely disappointed with the lack of security measures at this apartment complex. Unfortunately, my vehicle was hit while it was parked in the apartment parking lot. When I reported the incident, management informed me that there are no security cameras covering the parking areas and declined to send a courtesy email to residents to see if anyone may have witnessed what happened. Great place to live and has a pet park.
I’ve been here just shy of two weeks and everything has been great. I’m so happy I decided to make the change from my old apartments to Coates Bluff, the difference is night and day. The office staff is great, maintenance is on top of their game, the community is quiet, and most importantly I feel safe! Best apartment complex in Shreveport.
Beautiful & safe place to live . 2 bed 2 bath with swing in outdoor space. They have a community fitness center - with weekly yoga classes and fitness classes M to T, swimming pool, and walking trail by a Bayou.
Viewed the property last month and the staff was super nice! Although I decided to go with a different property this time due to my job situation, this is by far the nicest apartment complex I looked at and seems to have a great community life. I appreciate their hospitality and showing me around!
