Getting to closing on a very complex home buying experience . David was outstanding. There were so many twists and turns with the home I was trying to buy. David was able to navigate all the obstacles while keeping inform of the progress. From the seller agent, Lender, Title work, to the requirements for repairs to qualify the house for the loan.
