A truly professional company. From sales to the quotation process to the actual work and post installation followup, the experience is superb. [Original review from April 2026] COAT systems installed the epoxy in my residential garage around June 2022. The interior of the garage is fine. There is some discoloration and dirt stains that have been difficult to clean off, but that could just be on me. 3 years later, the install just outside of my garage has been cracking and wearing off (see picture). I engaged COAT Systems to provide an epoxy coarting to my newly constructed garage floor back in May 2022. At the time they offered me a 7 year warranty for any cracks. According to the formal certificate that was issued I was covered under the warranty till May 2028. After much effort over the years in contacting the company -by phone and e-mail.
