Recently, I purchased a house through Mariah Elliott, who failed to disclose her romantic relationship with Mike, the builder of my home. Given that she exclusively showed me homes he constructed, I am concerned about her potential motives. My journey to Crawfordville. So I live in California, and I looked around and I liked a couple houses in Crawfordville. I called Coastwise and Mariah called me back. She is the best. Coastwise Realty was seller’s agent on my transaction. The seller, Pafford Construction, that they work with, has misled me on repeat and they know about this. Legal contract’s terms mean nothing to them. They were supposed to fix two safety hazard items on the home within 5 days after closing, per contract addendum. A month later told me that they need to order parts and it will take 3 more weeks. Haven’t done so in another month and then started ignoring me until my legal team got involved.
