My journey to Crawfordville. So I live in California, and I looked around and I liked a couple houses in Crawfordville. I called Coastwise and Mariah called me back. She is the best. Coastwise Realty was seller’s agent on my transaction. The seller, Pafford Construction, that they work with, has misled me on repeat and they know about this. Legal contract’s terms mean nothing to them. They were supposed to fix two safety hazard items on the home within 5 days after closing, per contract addendum.
