Attention to other realtors, do not let them schedule showings on your listings. They fail to show up or call, or give lame excuses such as I didn't check my voice mail! Also they let their voicemail get full so you cannot get in touch with them. I am not a realtor, but today, two different agents from two different locations of theirs neglected to show our house with no explanations. I feel that is very unprofessional and impolite.
I have told them numerous times that they have the wrong number, yet they keep texting me and leaving me voicemails asking for someone named Sean.
My husband and I had the pleasure of having Tammy from Coastwalk as our realtor for buying our first home. We just closed yesterday, April 11th, after starting our search in late February. She pulled off a killer deal for us (even managed to get us 5k of closing costs from the seller, so we only had to pay $1100 out of pocket on closing day for our 2,000 sqft 0.37 acre property) and, more importantly, we felt she was on OUR side the entire time- start to finish.
