We bought the 4+2 brand new build on the well from coaston right after hurricane Ian (due to inhabitable conditions of our then home post ian). The home was built very strong and very efficient (good structure, good AC which brought low electric bills), the layout was okay, sometimes questionable, but just like every other builder the post build part was terrible from cosmetic work (that had to be redone or corrected) to poor communication with the builder. I purchased a home from this builder and unfortunately discovered that the well they installed is defective. From day one, the water system was a problem—they sold me the house with sand already in the pipes. When I moved in, the pipes were clogged so badly that I could not even bathe my 3-year-old daughter. We had no running water for an entire weekend before they sent someone out, and this issue has since left my family without water on two separate occasions—both lasting more than 24 hours.
