I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care and would not recommend it. From the moment I walked in, I felt dismissed and disrespected. The provider immediately looked at my condition and told me it was scabies without asking me any questions about my symptoms, history, or concerns. I went to this establishment yesterday 12/30 because I wanted to get tested for the flu and Covid. I knew something was wrong with me because this is the sickest I have ever been. The young man who administered the test not only told me a 99.8 temperature is not a fever, he also did not stick the q-tip in my nose. I literally felt nothing, and if you’ve ever had a Covid test you know it’s uncomfortable for a sec because they really go up in the nostril. I called up there to ask questions and who ever answered the phone answered like she was annoyed she had to talk to me.
