I was struggling with neck and back problems and zero lasting results from the previous practice I went to. Instead of just focusing on temporary pain management, Dr Keith at Coastline took the time to find the root of the problem and created a real plan to fix it. I am now pain free. Doctors and staff are awesome and make everyone feel comfortable.
I’m a so grateful for finding them. I have a long neck and it start to protrude towards by chest. My shoulders always hurt. The professionalism was spot onand were always there to help. My neck is totally straight. Sleep better too. The exercises are mild sitting positions. This loosen up the vertebrae spine fluids and oxygen.
