The whole process was so easy. I did most of it online and would have completed it online, however, I had my own lock and needed that fee subtracted from my deposit. So I called explained the situation and was treated with total compassion and understanding. When I went in everything was already corrected/adjusted, set up, and ready to go. I paid my deposit, signed the screen and was given my key code it was super easy. The whole process took all of about 15 minutes.
Check in was a breeze with Dave. We’re a military family and PCSing is always a stressful time, so it was really nice being able to be greeted by friendly staff, and quickly but efficiently secure our unit to we felt welcomed to our new home in New Jersey. The unit we reserved was ready for move in right away. Thank you, Dave and CubeSmart team!
The manager at CubeSmart Rio Grande was wonderful to work with when a competitor sold my unit and cancelled my reservation without notice. I had a confirmed reservation 2 weeks prior to an out of state move. In a pinch with a U-Haul of belongings I was able to reserve temp controlled unit at CubeSmart online, checked in with the manager onsite and was moving my belongings within an hour. The experience was quick, professional and accommodating. The facility is well kept, well lit and convenient. Highly recommend.
Last week I went to CubeSmart to rent one of their cubes. I met the manager Dave Cross along with the district leader Julio Melendez. They quickly gave me all the information I needed and asked the right questions to ensure that I rented the appropriate size space.
