Called to schedule roof repair estimate. First comment out of Coastilne Reps boasting mouth was "well we're not the cheapest roofer", like he knew how much the repair was going to be without doing an in person estimate and i was supposed to be impressed by his claim?!? I told Russel we cared about quality work and never asked about cost. He babbled on some more. He missed first scheduled appt due to some excuse. Coastline did a great job re-roofing our home. Then serious flying debris from both Hurricanes Ian and later Milton damaged the shingles twice. Each time, company owner Josh sent out a skilled crew to do repairs. We are happy that our roof still looks brand new.
I can not say enough about this company. Professional, quality work, but most of all, they do what they say they are going to do. In a world full of disappointments by contractors, Coastline really came thru. We had a roof put on several years ago and were very pleased by the experience. Then Milton managed to tear off a few shingles. We called, sent pictures, and had to leave town due to death in the family. Coastline came out, took care of it, and even used the same type shingle.
