I would give zero stars of that was an option. This is a company that my parents have done business with for the last 10+ years. Up until the last two, they were satisfied and felt that this was a reputable company. For the last two years, the person they deal with and as far as I know is the owner of coastline, he has been avoiding phone calls, claiming repairs/replacements that were never done, and late in sending the rental payment.
