If you want to live in a roach infested townhome, this is the place for you! My unit wasn’t cleaned prior to me moving in, I had to clean everything and pay for new toilet seats. I was told I would be given a “gift card” which I NEVER received, a month after moving in the roaches appeared, I’ve been trying to get out of this unit for months finally got the okay and nothing is available! I would NOT recommend renting from them. The company is very unprofessional, crooks and thieves as previously stated. I’ve rented from them four years, decided that I wanted to move gave them well in advance notice, over 30 days that I would be vacating their property. Then they want to prorate rent for days I haven’t even been occupying the unit. I returned keys to the unit on the 3rd of June and they are charging me up to the 18th of June. Regular old crooks. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!!!!
