Very helpful especially when needed during the actual closing when there was a mistake made by both the lawyer and lender. Brian was able to give advice and push the closing through. So thankfully due to him I was able to close!!!!! (Can’t be thankful enough).

Brian argued with us about the need to place photos on Zillow. He didn't want to and claimed he has "no control" over what appears on Zillow. We persisted, and they were finally placed.
