THANKYOU!!! I’d just like to say a big and huge thank you for your efforts yesterday. I was scheduled in for a routine inspection and found my Annodes where completely destroyed. I had to order a yanmar engine part while I was overseas to be delivered to my partner in Melb. Only a few days before she left Melbourne and the reply to my email request was nearly immediate with the required details and availability. I dealt with Jacqui who also organised for their driver to deliver and the part was received with 48 hours of my initial email a delivery confirmation including photos of the delivery location and the delivery address. Highly recommended.
