While staying at the Plantation in Gulf Shores over thanksgiving, we were not able to use the indoor pool at all because our key card wouldn’t work and management was closed the entire weekend. We’re leaving today, never having been able to use the pool, and Coastline won’t even know until tomorrow. What’s the point of having a management company if they’re going to be out of the office for 5 days with no one to help with simple things like pool passes?!

We had a water leak on Saturday of Labor Day weekend and Coastline did NOTHING to stop the leak and mitigate damage. Their 23 hour service and plumber just let the water run down the building and fill up our storage unit. The plumber said he couldn't check th eunit below the leak and left.
RecommendedJessica is very helpful and did an excellent job working with us. We had a lot of questions and she was always quick to respond.
We have Coastline at our condo. They offer personalized service especially Ms. Gandy. With an older condo, she has helped us tremendously. She is a jewel.
