My experience with Coastline Foot and Ankle Corvallis Clinic was just "okay". I think there's is some room for improvements as far as custom service and customer care goes. A few examples.. I've had a few appointments there and was told I'd receive reminder notifications and that never happened. There was an issue with some paperwork that was submitted as well - I had completed the paperwork in advance and emailed the receptionist and upon arrival to the appointment the made me fill out the paperwork again. My whole family trusts Dr. Scott with all of our foot and ankle needs!! He is an amazing doctor and makes you feel heard. He also has an amazing staff to assist you with superior care. Thank you Coastline Corvallis!!
Went here in 2022 and told them I have plantar fasciitis and need custom insoles. Doctor (?) came in for less than 5 minutes and told me I have plantar fasciitis and need custom insoles. That visit cost over $200. The insoles cost another $600. Don't go here for custom insoles, that's a retail transaction not a health care transaction. Also they didn't work well with my insurance and the billing took 6 months to figure out. Staff is helpful though.
