I recently used Coastline to repair an electric pool heater. The service advisor was Dana and the repair tech was Ariel. They were both excellent in communications and repair. Then came Marissa who worked in billing and service followup. She was very nice and pleasant to check up on everything. I would definitely recommend them.
Extremely Poor Customer Service.
I have a small ice maker that I depend on for daily use at my wine bar, Notes Music Room in Stuart. It stopped working and I took it to Coastline, realizing it was a very small job on a very small piece of equipment and not even sure they'd want to bother with it. They called and said "come pick it up, it's fixed" and they didn't even charge me for it! Now THAT'S a kind, caring business, so of course, I'll use them again for my home or my bar.
