Very disappointing. My sister bought a part for our 2012 jeep, for the passenger right door, because some hit while trying to park next to us. The guy that ordered the part, as a customer service representative, being one myself years ago, should’ve had the decency to state to the customer when you order special parts, you can’t take them back if not needed. Took my jeep in for a simple task. That now I wish I fixed my self. 250$ just to tell you how much it’ll cost to fix. The fender pins were coming out of my jeep 2019 wrangler. That cost about 10$ bucks to buy at an auto parts store. Those were 350$ bucks. And 500$ for labor for something that probably took less than an hour. But having to pay 250$ no matter what I sucked it up and let them Fix it for 900$ bucks. Which would have costed me about 15$ bucks and maybe an hour of my own time.
