James is a good guy. Came in for a back bumper repair and it was my first accident. He walked me through every step and it was a stress free experience to deal with insurance related issues. The car came back and James and his team did an excellent repair and even went above and beyond to clean my vehicle. Customers also get one free oil change. It was a pleasure doing business. Highly recommend if anyone is in need of not only a repair shop, but vehicle issues as well (they are mechanics too).
James Phan, a true professional. Brought my SUV in for an estimate for a silly accident I caused myself and no others involved. Rather than James giving me a quote to just replace the front bumper he also gave me option B to fix. I chose option B. It was restored like new!!! So happy with the results, but more importantly found a new mechanic and auto body shop. It’s so challenging to find trustworthy professionals in this business. This place has my support.
James is very nice. He is honest and helpful. He always tries his best to assist his clients. He helped me to return the rental car at his body shop. I did not have to run back and forth to return the rental car. When I got an accident a year ago, I left all laptop, ipad, iphone in my car. I totally forgot about them since the car damaged really badly. His partner ( Hieu) towed my car to his bodyshop with all my belongings. I do not usually do reviews, but I felt I had to for this transaction. James, one heck of a good man. In these times , there has been a lack of good craftsman and lack of pride in one’s work. FINALLY!!!! A shop with EXCELLENT STANDARDS!!! I will definitely refer this mans business to others in need of body or paint work on there vehicle. James the man! He is honest and transparent and I appreciate that so much especially for a auto body shop. I had damages to the front of my Tesla and he was able to repair it and looks good as new. I was surprised that the white paint matched my car. Thank you James! I will come to you for my future car needs
