Worst realty company ever. I will never do business with Coastland realty and with Larry Cirnigliaro ever again. Bunch of scammers at Coastland realty. Especially the CEO.

Larry Cirnigliaro and Coastland Realty are the rudest and most incompetent you will meet in the real estate industry. I read the negative reviews about him on yelp but still decided to meet him to represent me as a buyer. HE WAS THE RUDEST/HORRIBLE PERSON I HAVE EVER MET!!! His attitude makes my skin crawl. We visited a couple of potential homes I wanted to buy and he spoke so rudely to the seller's agent and residents it is unbelievable. Warning --> AVOID Coastland realty like the plague!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Larry Cirnigliaro or anyone here!!! Larry cirnigliaro and Coastland realty is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Worst experience. This clown took a chunk of my profit and gave buyer's agent less than half of the 6% commision. Talk about greedy eh. And blackmailed me for wanting to make changes in the contract. We just closed today, so happy with the service that Larry provided. The first day he said you'll need to trust me and we did. He is a seasoned professional which was very helpful as were inexperienced about the process. Larry and his team walked us through every step and he got us a great price. We would highly recommend Larry Cirnigliaro and will call him again if we have any real estate needs.
