HORRENDOUS and RUDE office manager My husband went here and he was under the impression from the staff that he didn't have a co-pay, well he got a bill and was confused so he called them and asked about it. The office manager/billing woman was HORRENDOUS and RUDE to him, he put it on speakerphone, she pretty much called him a liar and was all around unprofessional. 5 star for 20+ yrs.... Been going here since 1985 and Guy back in the day was so good at massage as I raced road bikes, then over the years I have broken some bones and luv that they have lots of types of therapy's for you, I did my wrist my femur and my collar bone, staff has been super nice and even help me with my bad back. So easy to get to as they are just off the freeway and pch I send many of my friends there to get therapy. I'm so glad I went to this place This place is great. I'm so glad I went. I saw the chiropractor and I had some physical therapy as well. My headaches are pretty much gone, along with my neck pain. Everyone there really knows what they're doing. One of the people getting treatment while I was there was an Olympic athlete. Bottom line is that they were amazing.
RecommendedVictor and the entire Coast Therapy Crew are top notch! I have been receiving treatment off and on for over two years, and I always enjoy my visits. Not only does everyone working on me know what they are doing, they are good listeners, professional, but also fun to be around and just a really nice group of people.
