Coast Therapy on Adam in Huntington Beach, is one of the BEST Physical Therapy businesses I’ve ever experienced. The Physical Therapists at CoastTherapy understand the inner connections of all the body parts, and each of them has their own unique strengths. If you have a hand issue, you may or probably have a forearm issue from it being over worked as well. They take care of the parts that need taking care of and they actually listen to the client. The staff of Coast Therapy is exceptionally kind, supportive, knowledgeable, personable, and truly seem to care about every client. All physical therapists and physical therapy assistants are all-around excellent, but each seem to have an area of expertise. I have received PT for four different body parts at Coast and I always go back. Over the years I have received treatment from numerous PT clinics and I consider Coast number one!
MASS of CONFUSION. This PT place is the most disorganized physical therapy establishment I have ever experienced. I had a very good PT there, but the front desk is sooo disorganized that you will definitely have issues with payment and insurance. I was told I was approved for 6 visits and just received a call that I have 12 session that expire tomorrow and too bad ....they collect, but I get 0 PT. The worst is I only had 3 weeks to do these sessions. Front office is so unorganized and defensive with no accountability. Sad...... read more
Scheduled post surgery PT at this location 10 days out. Less than 30 minutes prior to my appointment, they called me to tell me I’m out of network and can’t be seen. Better yet, they basically told me “good luck, figure it out yourself”. A lack of customer service I’ve honestly never experienced in my life. Every other place I’ve ever talked to tells you up front if you are out of network. Not here apparently.
