I set it there for an hour today with a slick Nick oxygen bottle that belongs to me for these folks to turn me away. I haven't talked to a manager, he says, I don't see why we couldn't swap it. And they still give me 10 miles of BS about it. It's okay, I'm not gonna beg you to take my money. I've spent several 1000 here over the past 5 years. It's really convenient close to my shop. And usually their customer service is great I will no longer be spending any money or referring anybody to this location.

I’ve had good service here before but today was terrible. I bought their oxygen system to keep my bait alive for my charter business and now when I need a refill, it’s too close to 5 for them to refill it. It would literally take less than 2 min to fill. So my business suffers because they can’t be bothered. I won’t be back and will find someone else to service their equipment.

I bought a bottle of argon for my tig welder. This was my first time and I didn't know what I was doing. The lady (sorry I forgot her name) was extremely helpful and nice. She was really busy and juggling multiple tasks but still politely explained everything to me and made my purchase smooth and easy. The lady with black hair deserves a raise! I normally don't bother with reviews but Coastal (Baytown) is worth it. I was very satisfied and will continue using them. Thank you!
