As an 87 young woman I needed to lose weight. Not for my appearance but rather my health. I have COPD along with scoliosis. This program equaled an inhaler to breathe, I have lost 25 lbs mostly around my diet frame I can breath at last. Now that I know how easy it is to lose weight I’m considering a new me. This is my gift for my 88th birthday!!!

So if you're like me, you probably heard the ad on the radio and were curious but also skeptical about this weight loss program, but I want to reassure you that the program is legit and it really works!! I am a little over 4 months into the program and I have lost 74 pounds and counting!!! I intend to stay on the program for another month or so, so that I can reach my goal weight.
