I have tried everything before this weight lost program. This program is really easy to do. You can eat real food no package meals. You stick to the program the weight melts off with really no hard effort beside eating right and little walking.. best decision I ever made!!!

I had wonderful results on the Coastal Weight loss system. I made it to my goal weight by following the instructions and have managed to keep the weight off. I had a wonderful coach that asked me questions and helped me to be successful. They have recipes that you can incorporate into your routine if desired. 3 babies within 3 years, 50 years ago! I still carried the post pregnancy 25-30 pounds! Until trying Coastal Weight Loss system, nothing I tried would remove the stubborn pounds. I’m very pleased with the results I’ve had in 2 months. My feet, knees, and legs feel so much better and general health is improved. Discipline is difficult for me, but I will continue into the third month for the remaining 5-10 lbs to come off and I have learned the changes needed in the future to keep them off.

I really appreciate the Team at Coastal Weight Loss because they keep their follow up phone appointments & have the app, I give them my report & they want me to succeed! The girls give me tips & I obey their recommendations as they guide me on this journey. After trying 5 unsuccessful diet programs in 2025, I invested in myself in February now I see results and back in my clothes.
