This program has been a true life changer for me. I had a hard time with the intermittent fasting at first but now I can't imagine not doing it. The plan is very easy to do and the weight loss was unbelievable. I have lost a total of 30 lbs in 4 months and now I am going through the maintenance phase. Cara, my coach, has been extremely helpful with all of my questions and I am continuing to learn how to make this a life style for the rest of my life. I truly recommend this program!

I was taking Jepbound shots and after 3 months and only 6 pounds down, I knew I had to make a change. I never thought that I would ever say "I like this diet" I have tried so many diets since my mom took me to my first WW meeting at age 12. At 54, this is the easiest program to follow and it doesn't feel like a diet at all. It's easy to follow and staff support you all of the way. I walk better, don't hurt from inflammation. This program really works! For those of us who are not that heavy to begin with, but want to look and feel our best, the weight loss is not difficult. I lost nearly 14% of my body weight in 9 weeks, even though I was on the high end of a normal BMI to begin with. There are some tricks to follow to manage the only downside which is constipation.
