Very open minded approach to my issues. Helped me see an overview of my entire situation. Took what she’s seen of the world with what I told her about me. Does not show up for appointments that are virtual - I spoke with Melissa about a month ago on the phone. Initially I was pleased with her. She seemed very willing and accommodating to our crazy schedules. I emailed her on 2/11/2025 asking if 2/15/2025 @5:30 pm worked for her. I didn’t hear back till 2/15/2025 at 5:00 pm as she emailed asking if we were still on for that day. I assumed it wasn’t happening as I didn’t hear back and we were now, no longer available. Trying to see a therapist to help myself and the therapist themselves can't communicate or hold commitments for appointments definitely don't recommend
I highly recommend Melissa as a therapist. She saved me from a really low time. I had gone to five or more people before her, not a single one gave me comfort to talk to. If you are struggling with anything I recommend talking to her.
Melissa is absolutely a breath of fresh air..She listens without judgment always has an open ear and shoulder to cry on...she gets so involved and really wants to help in such a wonderful way...We will never go to anyone else
