Last year I asked Steven from Coastal to come and test my well water intake. He came by and did a thorough check of my system and water. It was determined that I had a large amount of iron coming in and he suggested a new RO ‘system and/or at a bare minimum a drinking water filtration system installed. We had our one year follow up on the water softener and filtration system Coastal Water installed in 2025. Steven and Artie did a thorough inspection, made some valuable suggestions, and changed the necessary filters. We have been absolutely pleased with Coastal Water’s exceptional customer service. I had the pleasure of purchasing a unit from Steve at Coastal Water. A month ago I had an emergency leak from an RO that came with my house and called around looking for help. Eventually I had a plumber come to fix the leak but I also had Coastal come by to see what would be needed to replace the unit entirely. Great service. Steven’s took the time to go over operations and upkeep of the unit. He install a rubber jacket around each tank to prevent from freezing. Very satisfy with his service
