Artie and Steven installed the water treatment systems at our rentals and at our new property build. They were friendly, professional, and very informative-explaining the process of the how the equipment works and the required maintenance. Coastal Waters Cares…. “CWC” ***** five stars in our hearts! We purchased a rather elaborate Reverse Osmosis “whole home” solution about a year ago. (from the previous owners). Who… took their money and ran! What had seemingly endless problems with the system. We were offline more than we were on-line with the systems. I’m not sure why this company has so many stars on its review. Every time they come out, they try to sell me something. My husband had them come do a service tech call the cost $140, although I told him not to cause the whole time they were here last time all they did was try to sell me things, but he had them come out anyway. No information was given to me other than I have an old system that still works just fine but I should spend $5000 on a new one and get an air filter. We paid $140 for some grease.
