"She's an angel of the first degree." With lots of therapies up her sleeve! Dr. Atkins recommended therapies I had never known about even as a retired physician. Emsculpt was originally developed for cosmetic toning, but apparently helps muscle function. I have arthritis at L5S1 causing exertional pain in my glutes. I feel like I got my old body back! The last six months I have been working with Dr. Atkins and she’s helped me through food choices, body sculpting and meds and I’m on the brink of meeting my weight goal while maintaining my muscle mass.
When I heard that sitting on the Emsella chair could give me better pee control and maybe help with my nerve pain, I didn’t believe it. If I didn’t know and trust Dr Elise Atkins, I wouldn’t have even tried it. Well, IT WORKS! And I have several medical challenges, including talking a diuretic for my heart. The office atmosphere is relaxed and beautiful: like a spa. Dr Atkins is caring, supportive and encouraging. If you are wondering if you should give the Emsella a try, just DO IT!

I am not a regular patient of Dr Atkins but after the care she delivered to me this weekend I really wished I lived close enough to her to make that possible! I was at a wedding in California, and my inguinal hernia that was due to be fixed surgically in March unexpectedly and suddenly became encapsulated, causing extreme malaise, pain, and vomiting.
