Superb service and all of the staff are extremely kind.
For years Luna has dealt with chronic ear infections. We’ve tried so many different antibiotics and the infections keep returning. Finally we were referred to a specialist. Interestingly in the Veterinary World, the Dermatologist is the Ear Expert. Today we saw Dr. Rossi. I was so impressed with his knowledge and skill in explaining the bacteria dilemma to me. His staff were so compassionate and helpful. We have a treatment plan we started tonight so hopefully we can put an end to the ear infections!
Dr Rossi (dermatology) has helped our “baby” with very problematic allergy induced problems. All the staff has been very helpful and friendly.
Dreamdachs.org has used Dr.Rossi for some very tuff cases and we have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff . I live in Katy and drive an hour for Boone
My dog was pretty much living on antibiotics since he was a puppy because he kept having outbreaks due to allergies. So went to Coastal Veterinary Dermatology and Ear Clinic and found out what my dog was allergic to and Dr. Rossi started my dog on immune therapy and my dog has not had an outbreak yet and he has not been on any antibiotics either, I highly suggest taking your pet to see Dr. Rossi if your pet ever has any skin conditions, my dog has never looked better!
Very much appreciate the thorough exam and treatment plan Dr. Rossi outlined for our dog Tex. Excellent people/pet skills combined with excellent medical approach and plan make this a winning combination for us.
