Can't say enough good things about Dr. Mary Helen, her staff, and the gorgeous facility! I have been to many vets over the years with various animals and I have to say she really is the dream doctor - compassionate, experienced, a conservative but effective approach to treatment, easy to talk to, patient, and most importantly, my dog is totally relaxed with her. Best place if your pet is part of your family! Loving and knowledgeable with all the necessary equipment to help your pets! This place is also cleaner than most hospitals. Staff is fabulous! Highly Recommend!
So glad that we found Coastal Veterinary. The staff are so professional and knowledgeable. Drs Staruch and Wheeler are excellent. They were good with our senior cat. Dr. Staruch was the best and made sure that everything was covered and left nothing to question. Unfortunately, there was nothing she could do for our 17 year old boy. Bella, our Boston Terrier loves her new vet, Dr. Mary Helen and the staff. We were pleased with our previous vet, but the location on 54 is more convenient to our home. The care from just the first visit was exceptional. We didn't feel rushed whatsoever and they listened to all of our concerns, thanks for coming to West Fenwick!
I have a 6 year old feline and she is a "problem" animal. She can not stand being touched by anyone else but me. Unfortunately we have to put her under every time something needs to be done even if it is just a routine examination. MaryHelen was amazing. First she spent a good amount of time with us getting to know the details and making sure there was no way around but to administer the anastasia.
