On my first appointment, I signed in and filled out the tablet they gave me. I turned the tablet back in and sat there, for hours. I went up and asked if they were running behind, and was told yes. So I sat back down for hours. Then, as I am still sitting in the waiting room, I receive a call from them telling me that I missed my appointment. Dr. Patel performed well to resolve my vein issue. My problem is with the Office staff and the Office Manager. I was contacted by the office scheduler, Sandra, to tell me that Insurance had approved my procedure. I inquired on the call as to what my portion would be. While I wasn’t in dire need of the procedure yet, due to the amount of the quote, I agreed to set the appointment and paid what I was quoted prior to the procedure. I liked and respect Dr. Patel however having 3 ultrasounds of leg I had 3 different techs and 3 different opinions.. when questioned 1 tech replied.. Coastal swaps us around daily.. the tech was not happy with swapping different clinics and I don't understand how a tech can become familiar with patients which I see as advantages for tech and patients. Seems rather strange.. If you read reviews this is major complaints by employees..
Several different doctors to choose from. Multiple offices that appointments can be scheduled at. They also have satellite locations in order to provide convenience for all of their patients. All of the doctors are very experienced friendly and have great bedside manner. Their doctors are extremely compassionate as is all of their staff members.
