We rented Bridgecrest, a pet friendly house through Coastal Vacations in November 2021 at Holden Beach. Upon arrival the smell was so awful we could barely stay in the house long enough to open all the windows. The carpet upstairs was visually completely covered in pet urine stains which explained the odor. We contacted Coastal and they said we rented it and there was nothing they could do. On Tuesday morning we discovered that our dryer wasn't working. Of course the way you discover this is by doing laundry. Now we have wet clothes in the washer and dryer and my daughter, owner of the clothes, needs to leave tomorrow. So the best they can do is come the next day. Which is reasonable. What wasn't reasonable is that they shared that the previous tenants had reported it broken and they had come out on Saturday to fix. But they had to order a part that wouldn't be in until Wednesday.
