The receptionist on today was incredibly rude. Overheard her tell some poor woman that 'she might just have a catheter for life' in an incredibly rude tone. A receptionist cannot make that call. Way out of line.
Dr Guo did extremely well in getting me right, can thoroughly recommend him. He fully explains what's happening and what treatments are recommended.
