Well 2 years on and the receptionist is still incredibly rude.
My husband Mike had radical prostate surgery by Dr. Ding Guo recently, we have to say that from the start to where we are now in his journey we are truly grateful for all the care Coastal Urology has given us , not just for my husband but also understanding the role the wife/partner will play it truly is a combined effort , explaining everything and answering all questions, so thankyou to all.
Dr Ding explained everything I needed to know for my TURP, very thorough. Had surgery Fri at Murdoch, and all went well, in the healing stages now and can highly recommend any guys thinking about what to do with their BPH Many thanks Doc
The receptionist on today was incredibly rude. Overheard her tell some poor woman that 'she might just have a catheter for life' in an incredibly rude tone. A receptionist cannot make that call. Way out of line.
