Coastal Turning Point provides an excellent IOP for adults and for teens. The program offers structure, learning and individual check-ins.
I went to Coastal Turning Point’s PHP and IOP program after my 2 psychiatric hospitalizations because I was having a 5 month long Bipolar Depression with psychosis episode. This program greatly supported me and helped improved my mental health! The group therapy helped me gain a lot of new coping skills and helped me understand how to use mindfulness and other strategies to manage my symptoms.
