Emailed. Called and heard a voicemail that said she checks it multiple times through the day and would call me back within 24 hours. Haven’t heard from her so if you are seeking counseling, call someone else cause while she says she’s a therapist, she isn’t helpful at all. Highly do NOT recommend.
