EXCELLENT SERVICE! I called from Texas regarding a glass cab door for my New Holland tractor. Per NH, it was the only remaining part in the US. Gerson went out of his way, and above and beyond any reasonable expectation for me. He located the part, which was open box. He contacted a local Paso Robles shipping company, and without me asking, got a quote to pack the part and ship it to Texas. I can’t explain how much over the top his attitude and services were. We've been a customer of Coastal Tractor for quite some time, and noticed a significant difference in the level of service since Parts Manager Rigo has been out. What we appreciated most was his knowledge of the equipment and his ability to quickly identify the parts we needed without requiring to bring extensive information about the tractors or part.
