We've been a customer of Coastal Tractor for quite some time, and noticed a significant difference in the level of service since Parts Manager Rigo has been out. What we appreciated most was his knowledge of the equipment and his ability to quickly identify the parts we needed without requiring to bring extensive information about the tractors or part.
