Coastal tire was quick to get the specialty tires I needed. Installed and on the road in an hour! Great customer service! I would highly recommend for any of your car needs!
Was traveling from NC to FL when I had a tire issue requiring replacement and luckily landed at Coastal Tire. Being a Porsche, the tires were difficult to locate locally but they tried tirelessly. They were able to have them delivered in a few hours, getting me back on the road. I rarely encounter staff that's so friendly, patient, and willing to help, much less go the extra mile. Being exhausted and frustrated, plus traveling with a pet, they really saved the day for me.
Had a hiccup on my first visit, I always believed in second chances. They exceeded them today. I had a customer stranded on the highway. I went and took her tire off and went to the shop to ask them to put a tire on for us. They dropped what they were doing and had us out of there in 15 minutes. Customer is back on the road and all is good. Thank you all.
Wow! First of all this is the cleanest auto shop I've ever seen by a long shot. Secondly, we received prompts and excellent customer service. We were driving from Canada to Florida and by the time we hit Georgia our battery light came on. We pulled into the closest auto shop and the service department took a look at our vehicle right away and determined that we needed a new battery. They took us on the spot and replaced it.
