Horrible treatment after the rep was a no show or call for the appointment. Basically called me and my wife a liar. Lady that was there tried but did not know of me appt or needs.. I work over 60 hours a week and this time off was very precious to me and had a miserable experience. Was told I would get a new machine.Sent home with filter I don't know how to replace and have no idea if my machine is correct. Asked my wife to take Dr Ledet orders there with the machine WED.
