I Spoke To A Woman Named Erica Or Erika , And She Had The Absolute Worst-Nastiest Attitude And Non Understanding. Would Give Negative Stars If I Could , To Say She Was Rude Is An Understatement. She Would Not Let Me Talk , She Kept Talking Over Me , She Kept Interrupting Me , She Was Far Below Unprofessional. Our Exchange Was Very, Very, Very, Unpleasant To Say The Least. If You Guys Don’t Monitor Those Calls… Maybe You Should Start.
