After two years of clean test. MY Dr Natile Brace didn't and would not take me off the medium danger so I would continue to have to pay for more clean test every three months.There is on trust and all they do is dictate what gets done to help you. Also have been waiting 2 year for MRI to only finally get one now.
This is an exceptional pain management group and Dr. Mattingly is wonderful. Knowledgeable, kind, respectful, attentive, and completely skilled at addressing pain issues. I would recommend him to anyone.
I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Mattingly and the staff at Coastal Pain and Spine In Yulee. From the warm greeting at the front desk, to the skilled medical assistants, to Dr. Mattingly, everyone is professional and listens to what you have to say. Dr. Mattingly is thorough in his explanation of the injections I received the outcome I could expect. He is caring and honest in his approach, only wanting the best for his patients.
My specialist is David. He is very genuine and cares about you. Everyone there is awesome. They’re all very caring and friendly. I hope I never have to go to any other pain management drs office. David is my favorite Dr there. I thank God for him and his team.
Terrible experience. Dr Mattingly did not take my pain seriously and did nothing for me. Complete waste of money. I did not go in looking for pain medication and made that very clear as I work in the medical field and cannot afford to be sleepy or out of it when taking care of patients. I was looking for a treatment plan that would assuage my pain but not impact my ability to work. He however, did not offer a treatment plan at all.
