My hot tub was delivered this week. I feel misled by the sales guy who was very clear about making sure the electrical from the old hot tub was disconnected but NEVER mentioned I should have electrician out the same day as delivery to hook up the new one. Yes it is in the fine print, however, with the statement made of make sure the electrical is disconnected from the old hot tub and then no instruction about needing to have an electrician for the new one has made me feel misled. I sent in an online inquiry and Kristi called me within 15 minutes. She’s fast and efficient answering questions and sending pictures with multiple options. It was such a smooth process that we ended up buying a hot tub the next day. They were able to deliver very quickly and now we’re looking forward to enjoying it for years to come.
