Very disappointed with Coastal Spas' customer service. I spoke with Bill over the phone regarding a quote for a sauna floor wood replacement piece. After our conversation, I promptly sent several emails with all the specifications, measurements, and photos he requested. Unfortunately, I never received a response or any follow-up communication. The folks at Coastal Spa and Patio are great to work with. I had an issue with my jacuzzi almost two years after purchase and they were able to get a tech out right away to assess the issue and order the right parts to get it working again. Justin is awesome! He works fast, clean and takes the time to answer any questions you might have.
