I sent in an online inquiry and Kristi called me within 15 minutes. She’s fast and efficient answering questions and sending pictures with multiple options. It was such a smooth process that we ended up buying a hot tub the next day. They were able to deliver very quickly and now we’re looking forward to enjoying it for years to come.
