Nikolay soft washed the exterior of my 55 yeat old aluminum siding home today. Including eaves, dormers, windows and porches. The work was excellent. The white house sparkles like a new home. Perfectly done. Nikolay is extremely professional, explained how the work would progress and the job was completed perfectly. I hired Nikolay and his team from Coastal Softwash Solutions to clean my shingle roof last year as I had a build-up of moss. They did a fantastic job and even went the extra mile by cleaning my gutters for free. This year, I noticed some algae stains on my roof where water came out of my of downpipes. While they have a 2 year no-moss guarantee Nikolay surprised me by offering to clean the algae stains for free as a thank you for my repeat business. I ampleased to have the opportunity to write a letter of reference for Coastal Softwash Solutions, and to share how pleased we were with the services provided. Thework was completed on schedule, for the agreed upon price, even though they went above and beyond. The scheduled work was to remove moss and clean our roof but they also cleaned our gutters, and our deck and railings which were pretty gruesome. Still can't quite believe they look so good. My husband(Woo) asked Nikolay to clean our gutter today. I couldn’t be happier with his work. He cleaned not only the gutters but also all the leaves piled on the roof, in the yard, and even around the garage. Everything was left spotless. He arrived right on time, was incredibly friendly and patient, and showed a strong sense of responsibility for his work. After he finished, our old house looked almost like new again. I truly appreciate his professionalism and the care he put into every detail. Highly recommended!
