Nikolay has been looking after our acre property for years. He and his team do an exceptional job and are very personable.They show up on time, work hard, are efficient, and pay attention to detail. No job is too much trouble. His pricing is extremely fair. Compared to our experience with the competition, Nikolay does a much better job and cheaper! Coastal Softwash cleaned our apartment complex, 70 units. vinyl siding. Very happy with their work. I would highly recommend them. The results are fantastic! Good communication.
This was the second time our 3-storey Strata complex has hired CSS to clean our building exterior (siding and windows). Their previous cleaning stayed clean for 4 years -- longer than from other companies we've used in the past. Like before, they did a superb job -- with attention to detail (and taking care of not damaging the landscaping planters and shrubs).
