I was delivered a defective hot tub with broken panels and the lights never worked. There were parts inside that were disconnected from there mountings and loose foam and hardware on the bottom. The installers broke off a sprinkler head when they dragged it around my pool the first time. When they were due to come out with my replacement spa they blamed me for the cover panel falling apart and wanted to charge me for repair! I replaced the spa with a new model and a different brand. All at no charge. I took care of all complaints. I apologized to Sally for any issues and believe that all is now satisfactory.
